Nepheria summons a sandstorm and a Sandwave to continuously clear projectiles. If a Cursed Sarcophagus is present, it triggers a weakened Curse Reckoning (does not trigger any extra effects), dealing DMG equal to 20% of the total DMG taken by the Cursed Sarcophagus, and resets the Cursed Sarcophagus' duration (the total DMG taken by the Cursed Sarcophagus will not be reset). After a short delay, the Sandwave surges forward, dealing DMG to enemies it hits and clearing projectiles.

Fires 3 Penetrating Sandblades forward for each pink projectile absorbed.

When enemies are present, Nepheria summons a Cursed Sarcophagus. Nepheria's Main Cannon projectiles bounce once upon hitting the Cursed Sarcophagus. The Cursed Sarcophagus triggers a Sand Shockwave every 3s, dealing screen-wide DMG. After 10s, it disappears and triggers Curse Reckoning, dealing DMG to all enemies on screen equal to 50% of the total DMG taken by the Cursed Sarcophagus while active. the Cursed Sarcophagus respawns 5s after disappearing.
