Is Beach Chirpi good?
This support's whole job is to land March and get out, so gear it for HP and energy recovery rather than damage or defense; it won't be sticking around to use them. Slot it with the rest of the 
Chirpi line, 
Tromber, Trumpeter and Tuba, and the team stacks all three movement buffs together.
Outside that squad it's mostly there to fill an early Wind and Water income at Home. We have it around B tier, solid in the right group but not much on its own.
Pairs well with: Tromber; Trumpeter; Tuba.
Strengths
- Grants March, a buff no one else in the family provides
- Works well loaded up on HP and energy recovery gear
- Doubles as early Wind and Water resource generation at Home when benched
Weaknesses
- Doesn't stay on the field long, so it can't contribute much else
- Needs the rest of the Chirpi line around it to fully pay off

Launches a tornado wind orb that explodes on impact and generates a forward-propelling tornado.
