Is Highland Chirpi good?
Like the rest of the 
Chirpi line, this one exists to cast March and then get out of the way, so HP and energy recovery gear serves it better than offense or defense. Grouped with 
Tromber, Trumpeter and Tuba it lets a squad stack every movement buff the family offers.
Left out of the main team, it still earns its keep at Home generating early Grass and Wind resources. Our tier has it down at D, since outside that specific lineup there isn't much else it brings.
Pairs well with: Tromber; Trumpeter; Tuba.
Strengths
