Is Prismana Turbo good?
Turbo anchors a Wind team built around keeping shared energy flowing: Nebula Burst and Cloud Shield back up an attacker like Stellamage while Phantom Swallowtail heals and Dream Swallowtail keeps the energy cycle going (Majobousou, Usubachou and Metyuushi work as alternates in those same slots).
Spirit Feather gear adds extra energy recovery on top, which matters since its whole role is buffing the team rather than dealing damage itself. We rank it S tier, a core piece of that Wind lineup rather than a flexible pickup elsewhere.

Skills
7Cloud Orb
Throws a missile condensed from clouds at the target. If the user is Shrouded in Mist, the missile creates a larger explosion on hit, dealing damage equal to 180% Might.
Nimbi Burst
Inhales to trigger an explosion that deals AoE damage. Increases the entire team's damage and BREAK efficiency by 15% for 20s. If the user is Shrouded in Mist, the damage and BREAK efficiency boost also applies to all nearby allies, with the boost increased to 30%.
Cloud Shield
Creates a cloud shield to protect itself, absorbing damage up to 15% max HP and reducing stamina consumption by 15% for 20s. While affected by Shrouded in Mist, the shield absorbs damage up to 18% max HP instead, and stamina consumption is reduced by 18% for 30s.
Nebula Burst
Inhales, then slams the ground, triggering an explosion that deals AoE damage in a circular area around itself. Increases teammates' Dark damage by 15% for 20s. If the user is Shrouded in Mist, the Dark damage boost also applies to all nearby allies, with the boost increased to 30%.
Thunder Bolt
Tosses projectiles formed from thunderclouds to attack the targets. When in the Shrouded in Mist state, the projectiles will explode after hitting targets, dealing damage equal to 120% Might and inflicting Paralysis on the targets for 5s.
Collectible Drop
UltimateTurbo sneezes, shaking 7 collectibles out of its wool. Picking up a collectible restores 6% HP.

How to get Prismana Turbo
Spawns near the Bloom in Nimbus Fields during a Prismana Flow event; a free Prismana Turbo is also given during the Prismana Pact Event for first-time players. Cannot be obtained via evolution.
