Is Hood good?
Hood's Glory of Royal can massively speed up the main fleet's reload, turning battleship guns and carrier launches into a huge firepower swing when it goes off. Her own barrage hits hard too, clustering shells for big center-target damage that can chunk a boss in one go during PvP.
She's also durable and carries strong anti-air for a battlecruiser, but nearly all of that value hinges on Glory of Royal actually triggering, and even at max skill level it can still fail to proc.
