Is Ise good?
A battleship with a single skill that raises her own firepower, which goes a long way on a ship type whose shells already hit hard. Her sister 
Hyuuga is nearly the same ship but carries a second skill, and that's Ise's biggest problem.
What Ise gets in return is 20% higher secondary gun efficiency, which helps with picking off suicide boats. Put her in a Sakura Empire fleet under 
Mikasa for steady damage.
Pairs well with: Mikasa.
