When this ship has Lucky Target, and if her HP is below 30%: increases this ship's Evasion Rate based on how low her HP is (up to 5% (15%)); if this ship has the Beyond Blessed status, the max cap of this Evasion Rate buff becomes 10% (30%) instead.
