Obtained as a Special Project Ship (Phase 5) via the Development Dock, not through construction or normal-stage drops. Requires 700+ Iron Blood faction tech points and completing development tasks: accumulating 1,000,000 then 2,000,000 EXP with Iron Blood main fleets, completing 5 then 8 Technical Research projects, collecting 10 Tier 2 then 5 Tier 3 battleship blueprints, 30,000 coins, and 5 Mental Cubes.
