Background
Her namesake is Armand Jean du Plessis, Duke and Cardinal of Richelieu, who was chief minister to King Louis XIII in addition to being a Catholic cardinal.
When at max Limit Break and equipped with the Quadruple 380mm (Mle 1935), Richelieu has a 1% chance of only firing one shell (instead of two) on the last volley of the second gun mount.
