When this boat's torpedoes hit an enemy: 5% (15%) chance to inflict Flooding ailment on that enemy for 24s, inflicting DMG every 3s (DMG is based on this ship's TRP stat). If this effect activates again while the Flooding ailment is active, its duration is reset. (Replaces Silent Hunter)
