Is Warspite good?
Warspite's signature skill always crits and can fire every 15 seconds at best, giving her strong, reliable single-target damage on top of regular gunfire. It fires AP shells that punish medium armor and above, and in PvP it locks onto the enemy flagship, letting her knock it out early. She needs skill levels to reach that ceiling, since both damage and cooldown scale with it, and she struggles against light-armor or fast targets like destroyers, which the skill often misses.
She belongs in a Royal Navy fleet, where 
Queen Elizabeth's skill adds even more firepower on top.

The Imperial State Crown can be seen imprinted on the buttons of Warspite's attire.
All of Warspite's four 15''/381mm gun turrets can be seen around her, which were the most efficient heavy guns ever developed by the Royal Navy.
Her sword is most likely a sword of state, a type of sword used to symbolise the power of a monarch.
Her seemingly skirt/pant-less design is a nod to the phrase, "Look at how fast the Grand Old Lady moves when she lifts her skirt up", and is referenced directly in her second secretary idle line.
Admiral Sir Andrew Cunningham, who had Warspite as his flagship, coined the phrase when she returned to port in Malta at high speed in July 1943 after bombarding Catania in support of an Allied invasion.
Appearance
Warspite's dog ears are specifically modeled after a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, the breed that was a favorite of Queen Elizabeth II since she was young.
