Isane Kotetsu (Mind Attribute)'s introduction: Lieutenant of Squad 4 and older sister of Kiyone, 3rd Seat of Squad 13. Despite her appearance Isane is a delicate soul who sometimes finds it difficult to sleep due to bad dreams. She may be timid in nature, but Retsu places a lot of trust in her.
