And his determination is remarkable! Made of simple colored paper, his royal regalia looked so realistic that even the notorious chilipepper got confused once!

Custard Cookie III is a tiny, somewhat thin young Cookie with warm, yellow-brown dough and sparkling azure eyes.

He wears a kingly white blouse with a red cape and puffy brown shorts.

Atop his golden blond custard hair sits a king’s crown, which is made of construction paper by its wearer himself.

He carries a king’s scepter. The inside area of both his crown and scepter resembles flan.

Custard Cookie III is naive and prideful and takes his royal heritage as a reason to lay claim to whatever he desires.

He sees himself as the graceful and beloved king of the Cookie Kingdom (much to wizard's chagrin), calling other residents his "servants" and bossing them around.

Despite his large ego, however, he doesn't put himself too far above his fellow Cookies.

He takes his self-proclaimed title of king very seriously and treats each and every subject with kindness and respect.

He strives to be a better ruler and to make all the Cookie Kingdom citizens feel happy and safe under his rule.

Due to his noble roots and young age, Custard Cookie III is somewhat entitled and bossy.

He frequently boasts about his own achievements, claims any victories against him to be unfair or thrown, and gets upset if something doesn't go his way.

He's also sentimental about his ancestors and the Vanilla Kingdom and treats any family member he meets with high admiration.

Due to his father's unexplained absence and a lack of biological family members in the Cookie Kingdom, his friends & subjects act as his found family, with Chili Pepper Cookie being somewhat of an older sister figure to him.

Pure Vanilla Cookie and Custard Cookie III share quite a few similarities and relations on top of already being generally associated with one another.

Both have close ties to the Vanilla Kingdom, with Pure Vanilla Cookie being its founder and previous king and Custard Cookie III being a royal descendant of it.

In this way, the two may be related as family; Custard Cookie III goes out of his way to see if he resembles the statues of Pure Vanilla Cookie in Episode 9, indicating that he himself knows of/believes his possible family relation to Pure Vanilla Cookie.

Custard Cookie III's own grandfather, Premier Custard Cream Cookie, is known to have been a prime minister of the Vanilla Kingdom who knew and was invariably loyal to Pure Vanilla Cookie.

Similarly, Custard Cookie III longs to be the king of the Vanilla Kingdom much like Pure Vanilla Cookie already was.

Due to this, Custard Cookie III harbors an intense respect and idolizing of him, holding this opinion long before he even met Pure Vanilla Cookie.

Custard Cookie III and Pure Vanilla Cookie are both Healing units who default to the Rear position.

At his initial release, Pure Vanilla Cookie's pv was practically the same as Custard Cookie III's custard in concept, as both are Skills would instantly heal team members by a set amount of HP while casting a nonpermanent shield upon them; Love & Peace was basically a stronger version of King's Favor.

In Episode 8, Bachalomoth the Dreamer refers to Custard Cookie III as "Yellow Cookie".
