Kouign-Amann Cookie (Korean: 퀸아망맛 쿠키, Kwinamang-mat Kuki) is an Epic Cookie released in the second part of the The Triple Cone Cup Begins!
update (v4.4). She is of the Defense type and her position is prioritized to the Front.
Kouign-Amann Cookie is a renowned paladin of the Crème Knights Academy who defends the Divines with simultaneous strength and femininity.
This Cookie served as the shining champion of her school in the Triple Cone Cup, competing against capsaicin and prune juice to prove the Knights' honor.
The Crème Knights is a noble institution, known not only for its rich tradition of ceremony and good deportment but also for the frilly dress-wearing Paladin: Kouign-Amann Cookie!

Kouign-Amann Cookie is a slim, average height Cookie with pale ivory dough.
She has pink eyes which normally have a paler heart-shaped shine in them, each with a long prominent white eyelash.
She has long golden blonde hair that reaches the hem of her dress and is styled into massive ringlets.
A part of her hair is tied back in a pink bow on the back of her head.
The ends of these ringlets are seen with a pink spiral inside them resembling jam.
She also wears a silver tiara bonnet.
She wears a ball gown-like dress with a wide, layered skirt that stops by her ankles.
The top two layers of this skirt are pink and each have a triangular slit in the middle to show its white inner layers.
Both pink skirts have a frilly white hem resembling cream.
The bodice of the dress is plated in silver armor that continues past the waistline to form a short armored skirt.
The dress has poofy pink sleeves with two curls within each that resemble a heart.
Kouign-Amann Cookie also wears long white gloves that completely hide her arms and silver armor on her legs.
She wields a broad, single-edged claymore that is taller than she is.
Its blade is a very pale shade of pink and subtly widens outwards from its hilt before abruptly curving into a budlike shape at its tip.
The hilt of the sword is a biscuit-colored shade of yellow with two winglike shape serving as its crossguard.
A diamond shaped magenta gemstone is embedded between these wings and another of these gems serves as the sword's pommel.
Kouign-Amann Cookie is most often seen holding the sword in her left hand and resting the dull side of the blade against her shoulder.
When in combat, she wields the sword with both hands.
Kouign-Amann Cookie is a positive, strong, and confident Paladin who always believes in herself.
She refuses to give up and will always work hard to bring victory to her fellow Crème Knights.
Despite this, she sometimes doubts herself due to the fact that she is usually expected to never lose from the Knights, even when she struggles to.
Even then, she still learns from her mistakes.
She also helps out her allies when they are in danger, showing that she cares for them.

A kouign-amann is a small Breton cake comprised of thin, swirled layers of puff pastry and salted butter with a caramelized sugar coating.
The Kouign-Amann become popular in South Korea after multiple popular bakeries started to sell them along with stuffed Kouign-Amanns, which is likely what Kouign-Amann Cookie is based on.

2Paladin's Way
After using the skill, Kouign-Amann Cookie channels the Power of the Light, enhancing her regular attacks: they deal Light-type DMG and extra DMG depending on the number of buffs she has on herself. Kouign-Amann Cookie will also increase the ATK SPD of the two Cookies with the highest ATK SPD, make all her allies resistant to ATK SPD debuffs, and increase the Light-type DMG dealt by other Cookies. When the skill's duration reaches its end, Kouign-Amann Cookie will gather the Power of the Light and perform a powerful attack, partially ignoring the target's DMG Resist with a swing of her sword. Having no fear of defeat, Kouign-Amann Cookie will increase her DMG Resist whenever she gains a debuff, and increase her ATK SPD whenever she uses a regular attack. While Kouign-Amann Cookie is using her skill, she will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects.
Paladin of Light
After using her skill, Kouign-Amann Cookie becomes resistant to interrupting effects. All Light-type Cookies gain her Paladin’s Way buff at the start of a battle. Light Strike will be applied with every third attack, dealing extra damage proportional to her ATK SPD buffs and increasing Light-type damage dealt to enemies. Additionally, her following regular attacks and Light Strikes will deal increased Light-type damage.
