Povidone-Iodine Cookie is a tall, slender Cookie with very pale dough and large red eyes with white pupils shaped like four-pointed stars, she has long eyelashes and a single, curious thin eyebrow above her left eye.
She has long crimson hair that becomes a lighter red further from her roots.
It's styled into two large drill-shaped twin tails that extend to her feet, with sharp bangs framing her face and longer strands falling beside her cheeks.
A pair of goggles rests atop her head, with a crack on the left lens.
Above her head floats a dripping blood-red halo.
Povidone-Iodine Cookie wears a long white laboratory coat with wide sleeves, black cross-hatch lacing decorate the side, with a bow closer to the coat's hem.
Underneath, she wears a grey collared shirt with a long, black necktie, and thin suspenders that connect to a dark grey skirt with the same cross-hatch lacing on the side, but in grey.
She wears black boots with matching black knee-high socks with bandage-like wrappings around them.
On her back she wears a small triangular metal plate that's split into three sections, while it looks unassuming at first, it sprouts three dangerous weapons while in combat.

1Ethically Ambiguous Experiments
Sprays Red Antiseptic forward; if target is a Cookie, applies Red Antiseptic debuff. Deals damage, then applies Healing debuff proportional to Max HP and reducing damage dealt by the target. Additionally, applies Healing Prevention to the target with the lowest current HP. Attacks with saw, dealing DMG; if target is a Cookie, applies Excessive Vampiric Bite (Excessive Vampiric Bite and Vampiric Bite applied are not affected by Debuff Resist). Finally, uses Saw Strike to deal damage and inflict Vampiric Bite. When using skill, grants HP Shield for self, heals all allies, and applies Experimental Prescription to allies (excluding self). At the start of battle, grants HP Shield, Debuff Immunity, and Enhanced Experimental Prescription to self. Periodically heals self, removes all removable debuffs, and becomes Immune to incapacitating effects while using skill.
