Appearance
Sugar Globe Cookie is a Cookie of average height and slightly slim build with peachy dough.
She has very round, blue eyes that are a slightly darker shade compared to the blues in the rest of her design, the white eyecing of which resembles a stylized snowflake.
Her cheeks have a very rosy-blush. Her hair is primarily light blue in color, with some white and slightly darker blue streaks running through it.
Partway down her back, hair splits into two main sections that turn upward at the ends.
Atop her head, a small section of her hair is tied off into a topknot, held up with a green ribbon with spiky ends that resemble holly leaves.
A large semi-transparent globe covers the topknot.
The only part of the globe that opaque is a white snowflake-like design that wraps over the top of the globe.
She wears a short pale-blue cloak that reaches her waist lined with white fluff around the edges.
The cloak is adorned with a small crimson berry, the leaves of which resemble a dark green ribbon.
She also wears a partially transparent skirt, also lined with white fluff.
Similar to the semi-transparent globe atop her head, the skirt has an opaque white pattern resembling a snowflake.
The skirt is longer in the back than it is in the front.
Underneath this, her limbs are covered in some kind of dark brown bodysuit, the legs of which are tucked into white knee height boots.
Sugar Globe Cookie holds her Snow Wand in her right hand, which is baton-like in shape and has a white/light blue color scheme that matches the Cookie's hair and clothing.
The wand has a single red berry with two diamond-shaped leaves adorning the hilt of it.
Sugar Globe Cookie could be based on the Sugar Plum Fairy from ballet performance The Nutcracker in 1892.

Refulgent Bliss
Enters Bliss Form, dealing damage to nearby enemies, and enhancing all attacks. Basic Attack fire a Crystalline Star, and the Charge-Up attack continually fires Crystalline Stars while the button is pressed down, and the damage of the Special Skill is increased. While in Bliss Form, all damage dealt by the Cookie is considered Ultimate damage, and ATK Buff is increased by 50% of the Cookie's Ultimate damage increase stat.
