The ever-cheerful Sundae Cookie is the owner of Sugarland, a popular amusement park within the Pancake Tower, and wielder of the Sugar Hammer that started it all.

In truth, she is the guide to the Starlight Rail, having been assigned this purpose by the Guardian Cookies themselves.

Sundae Cookie is a constantly smiling Cookie of average height with a slim build and pale pink dough.

She has light-ish blue eyes with white four-pointed stars for pupils and dark magenta, two-pointed eyelashes.

Her cheeks are round, pink, and have white four-pointed stars in the center.

Her rear hair is split in two colors, a light pink right half and white left half, styled into side buns that extend into long pigtails that curl at the ends.

Her bangs are styled mostly evenly to accommodate for her pigtails with a large curl in the front, colored light pink with a similarly curled white streak in the center.

The top of her hair is a darker, slightly desaturated pink that looks similar to dripping syrup, resembling a sundae.

Her white hat is shaped like a witch’s with a large triangular slit in the front.

The brim’s edges have a gold color and multiple triangles circling it, while the top half of her hat is dark magenta with pink, blue and yellow sprinkles across the very top.

Three scoops of ice cream - colored pink, blue and yellow respectively - sit on the right side of her hat, adorned with multicolored sprinkles, right behind an accessory that resembles the inside of Banana Roti Cookie's ears.

Wrapped around the base is a dark magenta ribbon with a red line running through the middle which extends behind the ice cream scoops.

A gold and magenta striped straw sits with the ice cream scoops.

Sitting behind that is a large cherry with what appears to be syrup coating the top half of it.

Her dress is simple, boasting a plain white blouse with puff sleeves that cover her shoulders and a large, poofy white skirt with frills lining the hem.

Attached to the front is a large bow with three stripes on either half, the top and bottom colored a dark magenta with the center colored a darker magenta.

The tails are colored the same way, but the order has been reversed and changed to have a left-center-right pattern.

At the center is a large yellow button with a four-point star in its middle.

A light blue and light yellow pompom hang from the bottom of both bow tails respectively.

She wears long opera gloves that go to her shoulders, colored a very dark magenta, and long magenta and white striped socks with shiny dark magenta flats that have similarly colored bows sewn to the back of them.

The hammer she wields, her Sugar Hammer, is almost as tall as she is with a striped dark magenta handle that curves outwards at the bottom.

The top of the hammer is segmented into three even parts and styled like a largely tri-coloured clown with a striped cone hat that has a cherry-like pompom and cream ring at the top, sat between short yellow horns curving inwards.

The center has four-point star eyes colored magenta with a large magenta clown nose placed in between them.

On the right side of the faced center is a striped waffle cone with a pink, vaguely macaron-shaped half with white cream and tri-colored sprinkles circling the cream and blue star in the center.

The left half is colored the same, but with the main and star colors inverted.
