Is Alex good?

A berserker striker who gets stronger as her HP drops. That gimmick struggles in PVE, where stronger and cheaper tanks like Rearm Kaci exist, and in PVP she lacks the stats to hold the frontline. Her rearm, Breakbeat Alex, is a top frontline tank, which is the real reason to own her.
