Is Horizon good?
A mech 
defender with a berserk state built around constant knockback that pushes enemies much further than other units' knockbacks, giving her some of the best battlefield control in the game.
Her 5% damage reduction suits PVP and PVE, and despite her high cost she's common in rush teams. Buff and barrier removal counters her easily.

Skills
4Basic attack
Basic SkillSwings a metal pipe to inflict AoE damage to the front. When enhanced, conducts a Knock-back attack that damages only three targets.
Foreclosure
Passive SkillWhen damaged 4 times, creates a barrier equal to 3% of Max HP for 5 seconds. Activates after 2 hits if HP falls below 50%.
Debtor Spotted
Special SkillTracks down the debtor and inflicts AoE damage, targeting the caster for 6 seconds. Ignores cooldown and casts skill for targets beyond 600 reach. When in enhanced state, damage is increased by 10% and Airborne becomes more powerful.
Physical Persuasion
Passive SkillWhen HP falls below 50%, nullifies debuffs, gains immunity to all Hitstun, and all attacks are enhanced. Gradually consumes HP while in enhanced state (up to 15% per sec, cannot be canceled.) Consumed HP is reduced by 0.75% for every 3 attacks while not in enhanced state (up to 12% per sec).
