Despite her expertise, Zhang Wei is fairly lazy and usually does the minimum amount required to do her job.

Like many workers in the mercenary industry, she's also selfish and easily persuaded by money.

She is more than eager to push John into taking lavish-sounding jobs, even if John himself thinks they are undesirable or unfeasible, since she does not have to partake in his work directly.

Wei has a habit of making her appear more attractive and interesting than she really is.

She sometimes boasts about how she purportedly engages in ancient Chinese family traditions despite being born and raised entirely in the U.
