Ying Zheng is an SSR character in Dream and Lethe Record. Ying Zheng's role is Attacker.

Ying Zheng carries the title "Qin Shi Huang".

Qin Shi Huang. He unified the six states and founded the Qin Dynasty.

He was the first monarch to use the title Emperor, laying the foundation for over two thousand years of Chinese political system.

Consumes all Golden Dragon stacks, dealing (120% of ATK + the number of Golden Dragon stacks x 20% of ATK) DMG to all enemies. Lv 2: Deals (150% of ATK + the number of Golden Dragon stacks x 20% of ATK) DMG. Lv 3: Deals (180% of ATK + the number of Golden Dragon stacks x 20% of ATK) DMG.

Lv 2: Golden Dragon increases Crit DMG by 25%. Lv 3: Golden Dragon increases Crit DMG by 30%. Direct DMG, DoT, and True DMG taken -5%.
