Is Baade good?
Baade splits the difference between a tank and an assassin without doing either job as well as a dedicated pick, but he still brings real utility to a squad. His Death Threat passive stacks Armor and Armor Pierce with every landed attack, so the longer a fight runs, the harder he is to bring down, and his Nether Strike weakens enemies at the same time.
We rate him B; recent buffs put his stats closer to other 
Warrior heroes, and he's specifically good against Dodge-reliant heroes, since Nether Strike can't be dodged, and in long fights where Death Threat can stack repeatedly.
Strengths
- Death Threat stacks Armor and Armor Pierce with every landed attack, scaling up over long fights
- Nether Strike can't be dodged, making him reliable against Dodge-heavy heroes
- Recent buffs brought his stats closer in line with other Warriors
Weaknesses
- Doesn't do either the tank or assassin job as well as a dedicated pick in that role
- Weaker in short fights, since his damage and survivability depend on stacking Death Threat over time
