Is Dominator good?
Dominator used to be the default tank pick thanks to a massive HP pool that all but guaranteed he'd be the last one standing, but repeated nerfs have knocked him down significantly. He now has one of the lowest ATK stats among 6-star-capable heroes, and his lack of any crowd control, no stun, freeze, or petrify, means teams have to cover for that weakness elsewhere.
We rate him B; he's still one of the easiest heroes to obtain and Awaken, and he's a fine plain HP-sponge tank, especially good at fronting a squishy, high-damage hero in the second position and against opponents that lack burst damage.

Active[ACTIVE] Life Syphonage – Deal (214% of Attack) damage against back-line enemies. Heal self for (600% of Attack) HP and increases Armor Break by 20% for 3 Rounds. Cannot be dodged.
HP Ceremony III
Passive[PASSIVE] HP Ceremony III – Gains (75% of Attack) HP when the enemy Hero triggers dodge. (Note: need clarification here if it procs only when Dominator attacks, or when an enemy dodges ANY attack, regardless of the allied hero who performed it)
