Is Garuda good?
Garuda ranks among the best starter heroes: high damage output, real healing on top of it, and it's simple to build up early thanks to how many sources give copies, including a guaranteed set of 7 from the Newbie Growth Plan, enough for an E3 Garuda. We rate her S.
That said, it's worth saving the Eminent Hero Selection Chests that also come from the Growth Plan for a hero like Eloise rather than Garuda, since Garuda is easy enough to get through other means anyway.
