Is Iceblink good?
Iceblink earns a spot in almost any lineup: his Freeze Control passive decides fights early, and even when the crowd control misses, he still puts out solid damage for a hero with this much health and utility. Paralyse's 18% attack sap at 8 stars, combined with everything else in his kit, makes him one of the most useful heroes around, especially paired with high-damage teammates who can capitalize on his freeze.
We rate him D; being a 
Ranger means he doesn't get as much from guild damage tech as Mages or Assassins do, but his dodge stats and kit make up for it, particularly in PvP and 
Tower.
