Lv. 1: Deals damage equal to 100% of Attack, then Empowers all allies within 3 tiles, removing 1 debuffs from them and granting them Shields equal to 16% of Speedwagon's Max HP for 10 seconds. Lv. 2: Increases damage to 120% of Attack and Shield to 18% of Speedwagon's Max HP. Lv. 3: Increases damage to 140% of Attack and Shield to 20% of Speedwagon's Max HP. Lv. 4: Increases damage to 160% of Attack and Shield to 22% of Speedwagon's Max HP.

Lv. 1: Empowers 1 allies with the highest Attack within 5 tiles, granting them Shields equal to 20% of Speedwagon's Max HP for 10 seconds. During this period, whenever an enemy is defeated, Speedwagon and his Empowered allies restore 100 Energy. Cooldown: 14 seconds. Lv. 2: Reduces cooldown to 12 seconds. Increases Shield to 22% of Speedwagon's Max HP. Lv. 3: Reduces cooldown to 10 seconds. Increases Shield to 24% of Speedwagon's Max HP.

Lv. 1: Increases Attack and Max HP by 10%. While Speedwagon is in battle, heals all shielded allies per 2 second, restoring HP equal to 4% of his Max HP. Lv. 2: Increases attribute bonuses to 15% and HP restoration to 6% of Speedwagon's Max HP. Lv. 3: Increases attribute bonuses to 20% and HP restoration to 8% of Speedwagon's Max HP.

Lv. 1: Restores 100 Energy whenever an ally casts their Ultimate. This effect triggers once every 5 seconds. Lv. 2: Increases Energy restoration to 150. Lv. 3: Increases Energy restoration to 200.

Lv. 1: After casting a skill, grants 1 stack of Attack Speed Up to all Empowered allies. Whenever an Empowered ally assists in defeating an enemy, they additionally gain 1 stack of Attack Speed Up. This effect triggers up to 2 times. An assist is counted if the target is defeated within 3 seconds after a character deals damage. Lv. 2: Increases the number of Attack Speed Up stacks to 2. Lv. 3: Increases the number of Attack Speed Up stacks to 3.
