Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) builds Speed and Ignition to fuel his Soul Barbs

Robbie Reyes is a Mystic champion who ramps up Speed with Basic Attacks and Special 1, and Shifts Gears at set thresholds to gain Power. Seeking Vengeance (the 4th combo hit or a charged Heavy) puts Ignition Buffs on the opponent that feed his Soul Barbs, and Special 2 trades Speed for more Ignitions. He's immune to Bleed and Incinerate and Staggers opponents when they fire a Special.
