Profile

Magik's full name is Illyana Rasputin.

Background

Magik uses dark sorcery to charge up her allies and her mutant teleportation power to get the drop on enemies.

As the demonic Darkchylde, she can inflict heavy damage.

Illyana Rasputin is the Mutant younger sister of Piotr Rasputin, the X-Men member known as Colossus.

Before her mutant powers manifested, Illyana was abducted by the Sorcerer Belasco and taken to a splinter realm of Hell, known as Limbo.

In Limbo, Balasco corrupted a part of Illyana's soul and forced her to study dark magic as part of his scheme to appease his dark lords.

But when Illyana's mutant powers manifested, she found she now had the ability to teleport across time and space.

Now able to return home, Illyana battled and defeated Belasco by using her dark sorcery to manifest the Soulsword -- a mystical sword composed of Illyana's life force that's devastating to magical beings and spells.

After returning home, Illyana rejoined her brother and eventually became a member of the X-Men, operating under the codename: Magik.

Her mystical might grew so powerful that Magik not only defeated the likes of the Marauders and Dormammu, but she also became the Sorceress Supreme of Limbo.

    Basic

    Attack primary and adjacent targets for 230% Piercing + clear 2 random positive effects.

  • Demonic Might

    Special

    Attack all enemies for 300% Piercing + flip Immunity. Reduce the Speed Bar of primary target by 30%. Apply +10 Charged, up to a maximum of 20, to self and all CHARGEABLE UNCANNY X-MEN allies. This attack cannot be counterattacked.

  • Limbo Strike

    Ultimate

    Barrier self and all X-MEN allies for 20% of this character's Max Health. Clear Disrupted and Ability Block from self and all X-MEN allies. Attack primary target for 450% damage + Drain 25%. This attack is unavoidable and cannot be blocked.

  • Darkchild

    Passive

    On Spawn, Barrier self and all X-MEN allies for 30% of this character's Max Health. When an enemy attacks an X-MEN ally, gain +2 Charged, up to a maximum of 20. If that ally is Colossus or Kitty Pryde, instead gain +3 Charged, up to a maximum of 20. At the end of any turn, if this character has 20 or more Charged, attack the enemy with the highest Damage for 500% damage, then lose all Charged. On Turn, if an ally Phoenix has died and Dark Phoenix is currently not an ally, summon Dark Phoenix. This can only trigger once per match. Gain +20% Drain. X-MEN allies gain +20% Drain. Gain +30% Armor. UNCANNY X-MEN allies gain +30% Armor.
