Supreme Judgement
Hallios soars into the skies and hurls the Spear of Judgement, attacking enemy units and dealing 120% PDMG. Landing a critical hit allows him to randomly attack a single enemy target again and apply 1 stack of DEF RED. Casts in round 3. CD: 3 rounds.
Consecration
PassiveWhen Hallios is deployed on the battlefield, applies 2 stacks of DEF Boost to all allies every 3 times the enemy takes Physical Damage, and the limit of DEF Boost stacks increase by 5 for all allies.
Cleansing Mark
PassiveHallios increases own DMG RED by 30%. Every 1% increase in Hallios' Reflect Rate additionally increases his ATK by 2%.
