Dual Blade Pierce
Hallios soars into the skies and hurls the Spear of Judgement, attacking enemy units and dealing 120% PDMG. Landing a critical hit allows him to randomly attack a single enemy target again and apply 1 stack of DEF RED. Casts in round 3. CD: 3 rounds.
Enhanced Shield
