Jinbe (Egghead)

Skill 1: Five Thousand-Brick Chop: A long-range area attack with a Knockback effect. Sets a mid-range area attack with a chance to inflict SPD debuff and Confuse. Increases own SPD. The attack you set ignores obstacles. The attack you set is removed after a certain period of time, or when you are KO'd. Nullifies Stagger for a set period of time.

Skill 2: Water Heart: When the enemy has a Treasure Area: Moves the user to the nearest enemy Treasure Area. A mid-range multiple hit attack that attracts the enemy to your current position. When the enemy has no Treasure Area: A mid-range multiple hit attack that attracts the enemy to your current position. Nullifies stagger for a set period of time. The skill cannot be used in certain areas that have obstacles overhead. There is a cooldown in effect for a set period of time at the start of a battle.
