Rogers. He also has on an open sleeved yellow cardigan with four buttons and a purple sash tied around his waist with the end hanging off of his left hip.
He also wears red shorts cuffed just above his knees, and tan sandals.
On his idle form, he sits on a red chest, eating two pieces of meat.
Snakeman
Luffy's forearms and legs become coated with Haki, and they become slightly larger (along with his upper torso).
The rest of his body remains in the same proportions.
Luffy's hair becomes flame shaped, and it becomes noticeably longer.
This form (seems to be) emitting a gaseous substance of steam and fire, draped over his shoulder like a scarf.
His captains coat becomes tied around his waist, and his straw hat hangs off of the back of his neck.
Bounceman
Luffy's body becomes much larger in size, with his arms, upper torso, and legs being coated with Armament Haki.
Due to the bounciness of this form, he constantly bounces on the floor.
His straw hat hangs off of the back of his neck, and his captain's coat and yellow cardigan are tied around his waist.
A long cloud of steam drapes over his shoulders, in a similar way to Snakeman.

Luffy sits on the same red chest as in his idle form, maintaining his ingame appearance, holding a piece of meat on his right hand, shading his eyes with his left hand.
Behind him is most noticeably mountains of gold coins, along with some gems, jewelry, and a sword.
Some coins are also flying in the air, along with purple and light blue clouds.

SkillHis second skill in the Bounceman form, "Gum-Gum Kong Organ Gun," is a hold-down skill, dealing a mid-range multiple hit area attack with a chance to inflict Stun. The attack will stop after a certain period of time or when the skill button is released. The damage dealt will disregard the enemy defense (or DEF) stat.
