After any Cat's Eye Sister casts their Ultimate, the damage dealt by Kisugi Hitomi's Ultimate increases by 10% for 6 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. Artwork - Gem: The Core Damage dealt by the Ultimate is changed to 1. After breaking the core of a Calling Card mark bearer, Kisugi Hitomi gains 1 charge. This effect has a 1-second cooldown after each trigger.
