Edict of Fire
While in [Fettered] state, when an allied Sinner inflicts [Burn] mark, Lichen grants that Sinner a (Lichen's Magic Resistance *20%) Shield, up to 100% of that Sinner's HP. While in [Unfettered] state, when an allied Sinner inflicts [Burn] mark, Lichen grants that Sinner 1 stack of [Fire Rune] mark.
Pellucid Resonance
When entering [Unfettered] state, Lichen gains 1 stack of [Imperial Bell] mark.
