Lynn was born to a Syndican family, who later settled into Eastside.

Her parents loved their new life, but she felt like she always belonged in Syndicate.

Due to her upbringing, she became the target of bullying for her schoolmates.

The teachers didn't care, and her parents told her to endure, but the bullying kept escalating.

Her father gifted her a camera for her birthday and she fell in love with photography as it helped her forgetting her trauma.

She loved taking photos of the Drifter Camp and the Syndicate, which earned more ire from her schoolmates.

They called her eyes ugly and forced her to wear a helmet, which she never took off, worried of being a nuisance.

At some point, she developed her power, earning her the nickname 'Cyclops'.

During the Eastside School Incident, she was bullied again and released her powers.

She ran away and fell into the sewers until she was found by the MBCC.

Due to being constantly bullied in school and her parents not understanding her suffering, Lynn became skittish and withdrawn.

She is prone to think she is a nuisance and quickly apologizes for the slightest convenience.

This mentality got even worse as she believed she was guilty due to the Eastside School incident, even though it was merely the result of her being bullied.

She is capable of shooting energy beams from her eyes, though she still has poor control over it.

You console and assure Lynn that she is safe within the MBCC.

You deliver the "candy of courage" OwO gave her.

Then you ask her about the Eastside School Incident, where several bullies from her school were injured.

Lynn has a mental breakdown, revealing that being bullied caused her to involuntarily activated her powers and harmed them.

You decide to figure out a way to help her.

You arrange for Lynn to go outside and take some photos to cheer her up.

Lynn has "a close friend", whom is revealed to be a dog in the Drifter Camp.

You use your shackle power to seal hers and encourage her to take off the helmet, so that she can have the life of a normal girl.

You declare she has already suffered enough for her wrongdoings.

She eats the given candy, ready for a fresh start.

You invite Lynn's parents to meet her at the MBCC.

They love and care for her, but also reprimand her for being ungrateful to them and not tolerant of the bullies, which costed them their "peaceful life".

Lynn decides to finally reveal the full extent of what happened to her, but her parents don't understand, even believing that giving her the camera was a mistake.

You intervene, pointing out that tolerance isn't the solution to bullying, and that there were other options they could have taken.

The encouraged Lynn declares she is fine with severing the ties with her parents so they go on with their lives,.

She asks you for the Affiliate Protection Program, which would make relatives of a Sinner forget about them through memory intervention.

She removes her helmet, explaining that you showed her that she was not a failure, and in return she has chosen to stay with you to learn how to control her ability.

Her parents realize their mistake and they reconcile.
