Then, activate Arrow of Perjury on random foes, dealing Almighty damage equal to 50.8% (4 hits). From the second hit, prioritize new targets, and decrease damage to 15% for hits on the same target. If Akechi has Mastermind, Arrow of Truth gains 240% of the Almighty damage of Arrow of Perjury.

When an ally besides Akechi has Mastermind and deals damage to all foes with an attack skill, Highlight, or Resonance, record the average damage dealt to all foes (if targeting 1 foe, record 4000 of the damage dealt). At the start of Akechi's turn, gain 1 Arrow of Truth stack based on the amount of damage recorded, and reset the recorded damage. Arrow of Truth can be held for 2 turns. When Akechi has Mastermind, the effect of Rain of Justice changes, and Arrow of Truth deals Almighty damage based on the skill multiplier or Arrow of Perjury.
