Riko Tanemura (Wind) is a 4-star Navigator who specialises in knockdowns: after every three ally actions she marks whichever foe has the highest Down Points, and Weakness or Normal hits remove extra Down Points, so she can knock foes down without hitting weaknesses.
She also applies a rare AoE Defense Down and Damage Taken, boosts team damage and heals a little, which keeps her strong even where knockdowns are banned. She needs Speed built on her and is very Awareness-hungry before Awareness 6.
