Is Shun Kano good?

Shun Kano (Soy) is a 4-star Guardian who plays like a Saboteur: his Skill 2, 5-star weapon and gun attack all apply Defense Down, making him the strongest single-target Defense Down at launch.

His gun attack fires so many shots it usually sets up an All-Out Attack. His taunt is unreliable, and though he can heal and raise Max HP in a pinch, he's poor as the team's sustain.
