Is YUI good?

YUI (BUI) is a single-target Electric DPS with a high ceiling and a lot of randomness: most of her damage comes from follow-ups with a 45% chance after allies deal damage with Persona skills, guaranteed only twice after her Skill 3 marks an ally as Player 2 or for a turn after her HIGHLIGHT. She only needs Shock to enable her damage, but maximising her as the main DPS feels bad; she's better as a sub-DPS, where Player 2 also buffs an ally's Crit Rate.

Pairs well with: Motoha Arai.
