Qu is the head of the Kowloong Metropolis, the city that houses the A.
I. "Huaxu" . Her "Pavo" frame is very stern and judgemental, never showing weakness or softness.
She is isolated from the rest of the world, and her and her city seem to be mostly unaffected by the Punishing Virus.
She sees humanity as weak and feeble, and their existence and survival doomed to fail.
"Pavo" fights with a glaive and her mechanical bird "Huiyu", whom she calls upon to attack her enemies with her Signature.
Shukra fights with a longsword, combining the blade attacks with various Ice-themed attacks.
Her signature also calls upon Huiyu, who has had a major upgrade along with Qu herself.
