Is Blue King good?
King heals and petrifies enemies as a free early pickup, and his ultimate ignores resistance entirely, enough to one-shot squishier targets outright. His unique buffs Fairy-type allies including himself, which is where the well-known 'Kingbram' pairing with 
Red Helbram comes from, and petrified targets can't even receive buffs while locked down.
His secondary stats are weak and his cards need to be ranked up before the heal or petrify actually land, but he still holds up in both geared and ungeared PvP. We rate him A tier.
