Is Blue Ludociel good?
Ludociel opens fights by bursting an opponent down instantly, as long as his Combat Class outranks theirs, which means he wants a maxed ultimate level and top-tier gear to actually trigger that. His Grace dodges Petrify, Freeze, and Stun for the first two turns and can be handed off to another unit through the Association slot, though that trick has lost some value since current meta units rarely lean on those lockdown effects anymore.
His stats lean hard into Attack, HP, and Pierce Rate to cover for a mediocre crit chance. Outside of PvP he does very little, but within it he's an S tier pick.
Strengths

- Grace dodges Petrify, Freeze, and Stun for two turns and can be passed to another unit via Association
- High Attack and HP push his Combat Class up
