Is Blue Matrona good?
Matrona buffs Giant-race allies' basic stats even from the sub slot, and she can strip buffs and stances off enemies or lock down their skills entirely, though immunity or debuff removal shuts that down fast. Her real limitation is the roster: only Diane, Drole, and Skadi (plus the Attack on Titan collab units) actually qualify as Giants, so there just aren't many ways to build around her.
Her unique doesn't even work in PvP without her Holy Relic equipped, which makes her a much weaker pick there than in casual PvE Giant teams. We rank her D tier.
