Is Blue Milim good?
Milim hits like a truck: her unique stacks up to a 20 percent Crit Damage bonus per skill used, four times over, her Holy Relic adds more Crit Chance and Crit Damage on top every time she moves or ranks up, and her AoE ultimate carries a Detonate effect that can wipe an entire enemy team in one go. She's also self-sufficient in Elite PvP, needing no specific team requirement to unlock her potential, and her relic heals her for 30 percent of her max HP whenever her ultimate gauge fills, repeatable through a long fight.
The catch is that her buffs vanish to Cancel Buff, Petrify, or Freeze, opening her up to Rupture damage, and her low Defense makes her an easy target for newer meta threats like Berserk Estarossa or Ultimate Escanor. As a limited-time collab unit she's only obtainable for a short window. We rank her D tier despite the strong kit, mostly on availability and how hard newer units counter her.
