Is Green Athena good?
Athena punishes ult-dependent teams by draining the enemy's ultimate gauge whenever an ally scores a kill, and that trick works straight from the sub slot without her ever needing to step onto the field. Her Holy Relic also heals her back a chunk of health if she takes a big single hit, 30 percent of her max HP or more.
She's a KOF collab unit so her value is locked to PvP, has weak rank 1 skills, and gets shut down hard by anything with attack disable. We put her at B tier alongside Elizabeth-line units like Red or Princess Elizabeth, or a 
Red Mono team.
