She also has dark red stockings. There are several pieces of medical or surgical equipment on her design.
Behind her left shoulder is a beating heart with a syringe thrust in it, the heart emits steam if the syringe is pulled out and then retracted.
On her belly are surgical scissors seemingly trying to cut her lab coat, another ones are holding her hair in place.
On her right hip is a red wax seal in the shape of a human heart.
In combat she is seen wielding a red saw cleaver that can be used as a chainsaw.
