Grants additional effects according to the target's Flare Up stacks: 3+ stacks: deals Additional DMG equal to 88% of your final ATK to all enemies and grants +3 Fired Up to yourself. 5+ stacks: additionally deals more Additional DMG and grants more Fired Up.
