Lily's main reason to exist is the Barrier she gives every other ally, which matters for the Cosmo Gate Mogulus fight. Mr. Rabbit's Instant Verdict hits all enemies with a chance of Attack Down, but outside Cosmo Gate she offers little. We rate her D tier.
