Is Seira good?

Seira deals good damage, but her team Attack buff and Action Gauge support are why she's core for Cosmo Gate bosses and strong in PvP. Starlit Butterflies gives an ally Greater ATK Up and a 25% Action Gauge push, and Invitation to the Phantasm slows a target.

A recent buff made her a strong support later in the game. We rate her B tier.

    Summons starlit butterflies to buff an ally. Grants the target ally Greater ATK Up for 2 turns. Fills the target ally's action gauge by 25%. Grants self 3 stacks of Insight. Grants self an extra turn.

  • Invitation to the Phantasm

    Active · Attack · Single Enemy · 5 turn cooldown

    Draws the enemy into a dream realm and attacks with a slash. 100% chance to inflict SPD Down on the enemy for 2 turns. Grants self Light of the Phantasm for 2 turns. Increases damage dealt by 20% if Insight is at max stacks upon attacking. Removes all stacks of Insight after attacking.

  • Blessing of Premonition

    Unique Passive · Non-Attack

    Increases self ATK by 15%. Increases damage dealt by 15% if the enemy's HP is 75% or above upon attacking.
