Update,
Lugh's kit gets reworked on 29 October, with full refunds and 2,000 Stellagems
The 29 October update reworks Lugh because her Unique Passive, which lets her Basic Skill Freeze, enabled a team that could hold a boss at 0 SPD for the whole fight. Her other core mechanics stay, and she gets new enhancement visuals. Everything spent on her (Transcendent Matter, Skill Cubes and Gifts) is refunded on 5 November without resetting her progress, and every account made before 5 November, 19:00 UTC gets 2,000 Stellagems.
